28.01.2012: Swarovski Son, Champion of the 2012 South German Stallion Licensing and the reserve licensing champion became the highest priced horse at auction

The 9th South German Stallions Days in Munich was a great event an the impact increases year by year.

There was a outstanding stallion collection especially the dressage stallions. A Swarovski x Fürst Heinrich colt was named dressage champion. In the auction he was sold for 75.000 Euro. The highest price was given for the reserve dressage cahmpion, a son of Diamond Hit out of a Cordeur mare. The new owner paid 192.000 Euro for him. This stallion convinced with a outstanding movement, with typ and charme. The second Swarovski son was sold for 145.000 Euro. to a stud in Luxembourg

The champion of the show jumper stallions was a Concetto x Chambertin son. We are convinced that he will enjoy also dressage breeders because of the quality of his movement. The new owner is the stud Tannenhof. The  familiy Plönzke has invested 180.000 Euro for this great stallion.

22.01.12: Hanoverian winter auction - mare of San Remo with the highest price

Yesterday 92 horses are up to sale at the Hanoverian winter auction in Verden. For 47,000 euros the only four-year-old chesnut mare Sunshine (San Remo x Frenchman, breeder Samantha Hahn) is going to a stable in Schleswig Holstein, Germany. The already five year old mare Secret Love (Sir Donnerhall I x Rotspon) from the breeding of Stephan Bull will find her new home in Switzerland. The new owners were ready to invest 45,000 euros. The third most expensive horse was the gelding Cuba Libre (Concetto x Falkland, breeder Wilfried and Fritz Backhaus) who found a new owner from France for 33,000 euros.

20.01.12: Oldenburg Stallion Days 2012 - 26 young stallions are in the spring stallion licensing collection

On the 29th and 30th of March the spring licensing of the Oldenburg association helds in Vechta. A total of 26 young stallions are admitted at the age of three and four years.

19 dressage emphasized OL stallions and seven jumping stallions will position themselves to the licensing commission. One of it is a son from the sir Desperado (De Niro x Wolkenstein II) out of a mother of Lancier x Espri. In the dressage collection the stallions Fürst Romancier, San Amour und Sir Donnerhall I are highly represented each with two sons.

The stallions Desperados and Swarovski are strongly represented at the “Süddeutsche Hengsttage”. The stallion´s days in Munich taking part from the 26th to the 28th of January.

Desperadoes represented by two black stallions: A son from a Michelangelo-Tenor mare (video), exhibitor Heinrich Ramsbrock (Menslage) and a son from a Lancier-Espri mother (video), exhibitor studSprehe (Löningen-Benstrup) which is the owner of Desperados.

Also the stud Sprehe ist the owner of Swarovski. He is represented in Munich immediately with three sons. They descended from mothers of Pik Labionics-Ehrentusch (exhibitor Heinrich Ramsbrock, video), San Remo-Balzflug (exhibitor studSprehe, video) and Fürst Heinrich-Rautenstein (exhibitor Limbecker GmbH, video).

We wish all visitors of our website all the best for the new year. 2012 becomes for breeders again very exciting. The Verband der Züchter des Oldenburger Pferdes carries out for the first time his stallion days in the spring together with the spring élite auction. We may be curious whether this new concept is accepted by the breeders and how the other big horse breeding associations react to it.

For our own breeding there remains also excitingly. We expect two foals. From our mare Miss Guzzi a foal of the stallion Scolari stands stud Pape. Scolaris foals are outstanding and distinguished itself by movement strength. The eight-year-old stallion already has several licensed sons and show winner's mares who unfold her promising talents also under the saddle. Despite his young age Scolari counts already to the top list dressage and shows concerning his disposition consistently high to very high breeding values - in the Hanoverian as well as in the integrated breeding esteem. Also with regard to type and conformation of the horse he gives best quality to his sons and daughters. Our mare Turteltaube expects in June a foal from the stallion Chico's Boy owned by the stud Sprehe in Löningen (Germany). Chico´s Boy offspring are very good jumpers as well as dressage horses. He also isr registered in the top list dressage as well as in the top list jumping.

CHIO Aachen - Desperados (Gestüt Sprehe) persuaded the judges next time. He won with his rider Kristina Sprehe the Piaff Förderpreis competition with 71,512 percent.

We are glad that we own a hopeful son of Desperados from our mare Miss Guzzi with “Der Prinz”.

Good news from Osnabrück - Turteltaube (Caprimond x Polargeist) has taken up. She is in foal mare from Chico's Boy (Carpaccio x Silbersee A.N. x Cor de la Bryere). We are glad about that.
